Today marks one year since I released A Matter of Time 🕰️🩵 This album means so much to me…I poured every emotion into this album and truly got to experiment with my sound and expand my pallette as a songwriter and producer. To have it be embraced by you has been so encouraging ✨ The journey this album has brought me on is beyond comprehension. I think I’ve learned more in the past year than I have in my whole life! Winning my second grammy, playing coachella and arenas I never dreamed I’d play…I feel SO grateful 💌 Connecting with all of you through the music and the lyrics and traveling around the world to hear your stories has been the very best part. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the support. I’m back home in Iceland right now resting my bones before this final stretch of tour in Brazil and Mexico. It’s coming to the end of an era and I’m so emotional….the silver lining is that when one door closes another one opens!!!

Getting a window into her process with the singularly brilliant @aarondessner and @bellaicecream was a joy and a privilege. When she asked me to sing, I really relished it. When she asked me to play it again in the basement of the building that means so much to us, and with the generationally talented @kaufyismynamo @tingalayo, it was also an easy yes…
