Synthetica is the fifth studio album by the Canadian synth-rockers, Metric, released on June 12, 2012. The album was co-produced, engineered, and mixed by Electric Lady resident client, John O’Mahony. In the United States, the album debuted at number twelve on the Billboard 200, selling 27,000 copies in its first week, and reached number one on the Alternative Album charts.
Notable Mention: Synthetica’s “Wanderlust” featured Lou Reed. It was his last recording before dying from liver disease on October 27th, 2013.
